Role & responsibilities
Sales Planning and Execution:
a) Drive sales growth by identifying and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Must be able to identify key performance indicators and an excellent planner based on the data.
Customer Relationship and Territory Expansion:
a) Build and strengthen relationships with local Dealers and Retreaders. Ensuring satisfaction of the existing ones and be able to bring about substantial change in terms of adding the new channel.
Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning:
a) Be able to Conduct market research and be able to assess competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences. Use this information to position the company's retreading products effectively, highlighting quality and cost-efficiency.
Expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships across Rajasthan , particularly in transportation hubs and industrial areas.
Reporting and Forecasting Revenue Targets:
a) Provide management with regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
b) An excellent command over sales / product forecasting.
c) Set and achieve sales targets for the Karnataka region along with addressing business challenge
