Floor Coordinator

We are actively looking for Floor Coordinator for our center at Thane location.

Responsibilities :-

1. Educates patients and their families on the care plan; provides details related to treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care requirements.

2. Monitors delivery of care by completing patient rounds, documenting care, and maintaining communication for transfer/discharge plan.

3. Complies with hospital and legal requirements by fostering nursing practices that adhere to the hospitals rules and regulations.

4. Motivates staff to maintain a high level of patient care.

5. Develops interdisciplinary management tools by participating in meetings, coordinating information, and care requirements.

Required Candidate profile

1. Any Graduate

2. MSW/ MBA in Hospital Management preferred.

3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare field is required.

4.Female candidate preferred.
