We are actively looking for Counsellor for our center at Thane location.

Responsibilities :-

1. Orient the patient and the family members with the treatment plan advised by the doctor.

2. Explain the procedure in detail with either a video clip or pictorial charts.

3. Handle telephonic queries of the patients and conduct telephonic counselling for them.

4. Discuss various surgical options available within the scope of treatment plan of the doctor with the patients.

5. Counsel patients for pre and post-operative (medical and non-medical) advice to the patients.

6. Share OT schedule with the surgeons on daily basis.

7. Provide regular and timely information to the patients regarding any change in schedule, instructions or any other related information.

Required Candidate profile

1. Any Graduate

2. MSW/ MBA in Hospital Management preferred.

3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare field is required.

4.Female candidate preferred.
