Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Oversee patient flow, admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
  
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety on the floor.
  
• Handle grievances and complaints from patients or their relatives in a professional manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in hospital administration or related field (floor management).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with medical teams.
  
• Ability to work under pressure during emergency situations while maintaining composure.
