About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Head to lead the RetailGPT Partner Program in Sri Lanka, driving partner engagement, retailer onboarding, and platform adoption while ensuring revenue growth and customer success.
This role involves working closely with retailers, malls, airports, high-street brands, and eco-system partners to design, implement, and scale strategic programs that enhance customer engagement and foster long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, CRM, data-driven marketing, and loyalty campaign execution, with the ability to integrate AI-powered, blockchain-based, and ESG-driven initiatives into the retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Implementation:
- Design and execute the RetailGPT Partner Program for the Sri Lanka market, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage program launch plans, timelines, and cross-functional team coordination (Tech, Marketing, Operations).
- Localize platform features, onboarding strategies, and partner engagement models for optimal market fit.
- Ensure retailer onboarding, integration, and retention through data-driven customer engagement strategies.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, malls, airports, and strategic partners.
- Drive partner compliance, onboarding efficiency, and revenue-generating collaborations.
- Provide ongoing retailer support, content creation guidance, and strategic insights to enhance platform adoption.
- Lead stakeholder communications, retailer success strategies, and partner satisfaction initiatives.
Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization:
- Work with the Program Director and Operations Head to maximize non-subscription revenue.
- Develop data-driven loyalty campaigns, prescriptive partner incentives, and personalized marketing strategies.
- Track key revenue metrics, including sales uplift, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Manage campaign invoicing, approval workflows, and retailer revenue-sharing structures.
Retailer Success & Support Services:
- Develop and oversee B2B retailer support frameworks to ensure seamless experiences on the Retail GPT platform.
- Analyze retailer performance metrics, customer insights, and transaction data to drive business growth.
- Provide training, workshops, and engagement models to optimize retailer success and platform adoption.
Market & Data Analytics:
- Leverage AI-powered analytics, customer behavior tracking, and predictive modeling to enhance program effectiveness.
- Utilize CRM management tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor trading density, customer conversion ratios, and revenue per partner category.
ESG & Community Engagement Initiatives:
- Implement ESG-driven programs such as tree-planting initiatives and blockchain-based tracking of community engagement.
- Promote sustainability initiatives, carbon-neutral rewards, and green commerce collaborations.
- Drive volunteer programs, customer loyalty-based meal sponsorships, and CSR-driven brand partnerships.

Strategic Thinking:
- Design Program for partners / retailers to increase business outcomes as per business KPI's, ROI for each program, SOW / Agreement for each program, Billing support for each programs for AR team.
- Ability to align partnerships, campaigns, and incentives with business goals.
Analytical & Data-Driven Approach:
- Experience in CRM, AI-driven analytics, campaign performance tracking, and customer segmentation.
Program & Project Management:
- Strong skills in multi-stakeholder coordination, program scaling, and timeline execution.
Customer-Centric Mindset:
- Passion for enhancing partner satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty growth strategies.
Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with CRM, loyalty platforms, Salesforce, Power BI, Odoo, and campaign management tools.
Negotiation & Relationship Management:
- Strong ability to drive retailer success, campaign collaborations, and revenue-sharing models.
Agility & Innovation:
- Ability to integrate emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, AI, and gamification into loyalty programs.
Qualifications & Experience (Required):
- 8-10+ years of experience in program management, CRM, loyalty programs, or digital marketing within retail, eCommerce, or shopping malls.
- Expertise in retailer onboarding, loyalty campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, partnerships, and retail ecosystem dynamics.
- Strong technical knowledge of platform integrations, data analytics, and AI-driven consumer insights.
- Proven ability to scale programs, optimize incentives, and drive customer-centric loyalty strategies.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in CRM or Data Analytics are a plus.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in Sri Lanka's retail, mall operations, or eCommerce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with blockchain-based loyalty structures, AI-driven predictive modeling, and ESG
- Experience leading strategic alliances, digital transformation projects, and prescriptive campaign initiatives.
KPIs & Success Metrics:
- Number of retailer partnerships, program activations, and loyalty engagement campaigns.
- Shopper and Retailer Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Revenue growth across partnerships, loyalty tiers, and campaign categories.
- Prescriptive campaigns per partner and measurable impact on customer retention and spending behavior.
