Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives at Patco Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, enhancing brand presence, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage, mentor, and train the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop targeted strategies to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with the product development team to align sales initiatives with product offerings.
• Regularly review sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management.
• Travel as required within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and oversee territory activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data analysis.
• Willingness to travel to Rabale, Navi Mumbai as needed.
