Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager GOEM (Mahindra Powerol) DG Set

Location: [Dehradun / Haridwar / Rudrapur ]

Experience: Specify, e.g., 4-8 years in DG Set Sales or related field.

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager to drive the sales of Mahindra Powerol DG Sets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, managing channel partners, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell Mahindra Powerol DG Sets to prospective customers across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  3. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored power solutions.
  4. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with channel partners to ensure seamless order execution and delivery.
  6. Maintain strong after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to create awareness of Mahindra Powerol DG Sets.
  2. Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, and events to showcase Mahindra Powerol DG products.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  4. Leverage digital platforms for lead generation and brand promotion.

Channel Partner Management:

  1. Identify, onboard, and train channel partners to enhance market penetration.
  2. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with channel partners to align on goals.
  3. Provide technical and sales support to channel partners to improve their effectiveness.

Reporting & Analysis:

  1. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
  2. Monitor sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  3. Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in DG Set Sales or a related power solutions industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of DG Sets and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel MS Office and CRM.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
