Sales And Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Assistant at Premier Road Carriers Limited in Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to communication with customers, conducting market research, providing customer service, and supporting sales and marketing activities.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain Customer Data & Follow with Sales Team for Updates
• Participate in RFQ, Tenders and Bids.
• Assist the Director in all Sales & Marketing Related Activities
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping for sales orders & Manage and keep updated the Customer Database
• Prepare Presentations for Customers
• Keep all key Marketing Brochures Updated.
• Reporting Directly to the Director- Business Development
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
• Experience in market research and analysis
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a sales and marketing team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
