Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for API products in domestic and international markets.
  
• Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth, improve customer relationships, and increase market share.
  
• Identify new opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QC, and production to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (MBD/ PGDM/B.B.A/ B.M.S or B.Com).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  
• Strong understanding of international marketing principles and regulations.
