Operations / Admin / Project Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations, efficient tenant management, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves collaborating closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, managing a team to handle tasks such as tenant search, inspections, repairs, and legal paperwork, and working independently to streamline processes. The Operations Manager will drive growth and operational efficiency while enhancing the customer experience through process improvements.

Job Description :

1. He/She will manage properties assigned end to end property onboarding, tenant search, tenant move in/out
2. Manage the team of associates to ensure timeliness, quality for all operations like tenancy, inspections, site visit, repairs, legal paper work.
3. He/She will manage the operations with efficiency and be expected to work independently and without oversight.
4. Implement processes and systems to create seamless customer experience. Where possible, review existing processes, suggest changes to existing processes and create new ones.
5. Years of experience 8 to 10 years.
