Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our team of developers. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our cybersecurity products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals, maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
• Guide and mentor team members, providing technical direction and support.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Plan, execute, and oversee development projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure high standards of software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically managing .NET development leams.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
