Key Responsibility Areas:
Objective Key Responsibilities (OKRs):
- Strategic Leadership in Project Delivery: Define vision, develop project strategies, and lead teams in setting goals, milestones, and performance targets.
- Project Management & Execution: Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project completion while fostering innovation, talent development, and engagement.
- Contractual Claims Management: Oversee delay analysis, manage claims, and minimize financial risk.
- Project Progress Reporting: Prepare detailed progress reports, conduct internal reviews, and establish monitoring systems to prevent delays.
- Innovation & Value Engineering: Promote continuous improvement and advanced mechanized methods to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Strategic Sourcing: Optimize costs, ensure vendor efficiency, conduct performance evaluations, and improve project margins.
- Management Review Execution: Track manpower utilization, prepare reports, and communicate project challenges and strategies effectively.
- Governance & Compliance: Implement risk mitigation processes, enforce project governance, and ensure regulatory adherence.
- EHS Compliance: Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for safety violations, monitor workplace conditions, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- External Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and regulators to build strong partnerships and represent the company at industry events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Project Completion: Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Cost Savings: Achieve efficiencies through value engineering and strategic sourcing.
- Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
- EHS Performance: Reduce incidents and near misses.
- Talent Retention & Development: Build and retain a skilled project team.
- Client Satisfaction: Consistently meet high standards of service and excellence.
