Vice President - Banking & Treasury (20-25 yrs)

We are seeking for experienced candidate for renowned MNC company

The VP of Banking and Treasury will lead and manage the company's treasury functions, ensuring optimal liquidity, cash flow management, and resource mobilization both domestically and internationally. The role includes overseeing forex management, hedging strategies, and banking relationships to support company growth and strategic financial objectives.

Job Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Treasury Management: Oversee liquidity, cash flow optimization, and resource mobilization.

- Resource Mobilization: Secure funding through debt, equity, and other instruments from domestic and international markets.

- Forex Management & Hedging: Develop and implement forex risk mitigation strategies.

- Banking Relations: Manage relationships with financial institutions, overseeing banking operations and trade finance.

- Cash Flow & Risk Management: Optimize cash flow forecasting and address liquidity risks.

- Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights and advice to senior leadership on long-term planning.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing treasury team.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: MBA in Finance, CA, or equivalent.

Experience: 20 years in treasury and banking management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in forex hedging, resource mobilization, and Infra, EPC, Power, MNC project financing is preferred.
