Markets & Securities Services (MSS) Operations largely consist of Funds, Transfer Agency, Global Custody, Direct Custody and Clearing Operations and Markets, Investment operation provides end to-end services such as Trade Processing and Middle office to clients across APAC, Europe and EMEA regions.

This is a high-profile senior management position accountable for Investment Operations globally for multiple locations based out of Bangalore GSC (Global Service Centre). The Investment Operation function is a utility within the MSS Operations construct servicing the Fund Services and Middle office. The functional head will be primarily responsible for heading this function within our Global Service Centre construction and building out a cohesive and best-in-class operational capability across the footprint.

The Functional head will primarily be responsible for managing Investment operations in the Global Service Centre, Bangalore. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in deploying and managing an end-to-end consistent operating model that encompasses fully digital and client self-serve capabilities whilst providing a framework to nurture and develop our top talent into leaders of the future. Creating and delivering a best-in-class operational capability within our GSC that future-proofs the organization against organic and volume growth falls within this remit.

Skills / Qualification:

- Exposure to Custody and Markets Operations products and processes

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) of providing MSS Operations leadership and management within a Securities Services and Global Markets environment.

- Strong leadership skills evidenced by the achievement of objectives together with a track record of the development of individuals.

- Proven track record of delivering scalable and sizeable transformational projects and change programmes.

- Proven track record of healthy challenge to clients and support functions

- Effective usage of time and prioritization

- Demonstrable experience of working in diverse and multi-cultural financial institutions

- Ability to manage sustainable and robust relationship across multiple business lines and geographies.

- Demonstrable risk management background and skillset
