Executive - Finance & Accounts (Gurgaon)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting & Reporting:
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and policies.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable Management:
• Manage vendor payments and customer receivables.
• Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.

• Taxation & Compliance:
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist in audits and assessments.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for operational and capital expenses.
• Monitor variances and provide analytical insights for cost optimization.

• Reconciliations:
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and other ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of transactions.

• MIS Reporting:
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports on financial performance.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.

• Audit Support:
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audits.
• Provide necessary documentation and data for audit purposes.

• Process Improvements:
• Identify and implement improvements in financial and accounting processes.
• Streamline workflows for better efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ODOO) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
