Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging, creative, and innovative social media content for platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance by analyzing key metrics such as reach, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Research and analyze trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content and advertising strategy.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create visuals, graphics, and videos for both organic posts and ads.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social channels.
• Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, advertising features, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Current enrollment or recent graduation in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of social media and advertising analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship experience in social media marketing or advertising is a plus.
