Inspector - Quality (Halol)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished automobile components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations in products and processes.
• Perform routine checks on production lines and identify areas for quality improvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to quality control plans, ISO standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection within the automobile or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of quality tools like 5S, 7 QC tools, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
