Role Brief:
The HR Assistant Manager/HR Executive will support the HR Manager in all aspects of the human resources
function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training &
development. The role requires someone with strong leadership skills, the ability to handle HR processes
independently, and a passion for developing a positive work environment.
What impact I will create: (Job Description)
•
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances. Support in
maintaining a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and conducting exit
interviews.
•
Performance Management: Assist in managing the performance appraisal system, ensuring timely
and constructive feedback. Track KPIs and support employees in their professional development.
• Training & Development: Help identify training needs and organize internal and external training
programs to improve skillsets across departments.
•
Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and
regulations. Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation for audits.
•
HR Analytics & Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover,
absenteeism rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision
making.
•
Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing engagement activities such as town halls, workshops,
and team-building events to boost morale and employee involvement.
•
HR Systems: Maintain and update the HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate data
management.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA
in HR preferred).

Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
