Strategy & Transformation :
Team Hector is in a very exciting phase of growth, aiming to double its scale in 2 years while also having the best-in-class profitability. Given we are at an inflection point, there is a strong need for a Strategy & Transformation team to shape our journey in a structured and objective manner. Neerajs vision, the teams energy & experience, financial objectives all need to be married together to design and execute the business plan for upcoming years Realizing this need, we are hiring the Strategy & Transformation Team that will work directly with Neeraj and all the key functions. Immediate expectations from this team are as below: • Big-picture thinking and developing the strategy roadmap for Hector Beverages • Structured approach to identifying growth paths, working closely with Neeraj and CMO • Chart the transformation journey to achieve best-in-class PAT (10%) • Transition from individual excellence to an org defined by process excellence The team will be rotational in nature with team members being routinely moved into line / P&L roles every 18-24 months. The selection of the team members and the design of the team is planned in a manner to groom the next generation of leaders for Hector Beverages
Job Title: Strategy and Transformation Manager
Position Overview:
As a Strategy and Transformation Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience with exposure to Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Consumer sector, possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and passion for solving complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the overall strategic plan
b. Assist in creating business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models to support strategic decision-making
c. Build the 1, 3 and 5 year business plan, including identifying growth, profitability improvement and sustainability opportunities
2. Business Transformation
a. Cost Excellence:
i. Collaborate with finance and operational teams to reduce costs while maintaining or enhancing operational efficiency
ii. Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives, monitor progress, and assess the impact on the company's financial performance
b. Process Improvement:
i. Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement across various business functions.
ii. Work with stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
iii. Facilitate process improvement workshops and initiatives, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders and driving successful implementation.
Qualifications: •
CA cleared in first attempt and Bachelors degree from reputed institutes, preferably in Finance, Business, Engineering; MBA from a reputed institutes will be a plus •
2 5 years of experience in management consulting or Strategy / Transformation teams of FMCGs / Consumer companies or CEOs office in established start-ups / reputed companies •
