Area Sales Manager - Trade Sales - Paint Industry (8-12 yrs)

- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products and range.

- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base.

- Servicing the needs of your existing customers.

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

- Setting sales targets for individual officers and your team as a whole.

- Recruiting and training sales staff.

- Allocating areas to S.Os

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

- Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets.

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.

- Collecting customer feedback and market research.

- Reporting to senior managers.

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Candidate Requirement :

- From - Any building material industry , Current or Past experience in Paint Industry , is mandatory

- Candidate from - Tamil N- du working experience only apply

- Candidates from - Trichy / Madurai / Erode / Salem working experience preferred

- Able to manage a team.
