Key skills for the job
- Responsible for B2B Sales / Project Sales for the given region/ states
- Achieve set objectives on distribution, sales, visibility & merchandising in existing and emerging channels of B2B Sales.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review coverage plan with the objective of ensuring optimum servicing at Architects / PMC / Interior Designers
- Conceive and implement innovative promotion activities and facilitates / coordinate execution of marketing activities and events.
- This implies effective communication, motivation, coaching and constantly giving direction to ensure achievement of overall team, region and organizational objectives.
- Have the quality to network and develop good relationships with the Top Clients / Influencers in the Region.
This should be combined with the ability to be completely updated on developments in the industry and in Project environment.
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA - FULLTIME PASSED
- 2 Openings - 1 in Mumbai / Other in Gurgaon .
- From - Any building material industry preferred
- Able to handle 2 / 3 states , Project Sales Experience is Mandatory
- Able to handle a business value of 100 crs
- Immediate closure.
