Zonal Head - Sales - Ceramics/Sanitary Industry (18-25 yrs)

- We are looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Zonal Head for South to join our Sales & Business Development Leadership team! As Zonal BD Head, your main responsibility will be to drive Company's business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy in your zone.

- Your main tasks & goals will be to plan, manage and oversee implementation of Company's market strategy in respective zone.

- You will lead a team of highly motivated Sales and Business Development professionals, responsible for Revenue & Customer engagement thru developing channels, building funnel of customers both Projects & Retail leading to market leadership & profitability in line with company's business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scan & assess market, prepare competitive Business plan incl. sales projections, sales budgets and profitability targets.

- Grow sales thru finding, developing and growing sales channel partners as well directly to Projects & special applications' partners.

- Provide innovative solutions to customers' needs.

- Analyse current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement.

- Identify process bottlenecks & address them.

- Identify potential clients, act as their consultant & convert to revenue.

- Recruit, hire, train & motivate Sales & Business Development team.

- Consult & work closely with Sales, Marketing & Operations teams to ensure high efficiency.

- Stay up to date with the latest sales and marketing trends/practices.
