About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Head to lead our sales efforts for home loans. You will be responsible for driving significant growth in this key segment, building a high-performing team, and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets for home loans in the assigned zone.

- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve individual and team goals.

- Recruit, train, and coach talented sales professionals to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel.

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize sales performance across the zone.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.

- Partner with marketing, product, and underwriting teams to ensure seamless customer experience throughout the loan application process.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including builders, developers, and channel partners.

- Monitor and maintain the quality of the sales pipeline and ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 16+ years of experience in sales leadership within the home loan industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

- Strong understanding of the Indian financial services market, especially home loan products.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to achieve peak performance.

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies with a data-driven approach.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of credit processes and risk management principles within the home loan and mortgage industry.
