Regional Sales Head - General Trade
About:
- MBA, having 12-16 years of strong experience in General Trade, MBOs, Wholesale business within Maharashtra
- Role heads entire west region (MH, Goa, Guj, MP, CG), reports to Sales Head
- Team of Area Managers and Senior Area Managers
- Preferably from Retail, Apparel, Lifestyle industry.. Robust experience in building and managing Dealer distribution network
Regional Operations:
- Regional P&L management
- Overall responsibility for Revenue, Expenses, People Management, Channel Management and Customer Service, BTL in various Retail Environments
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Drive the sales strategy for the region in alignment with the organization's business plan
- Increase sales revenue through implementation of appropriate Go To Market (GTM) strategies and identification of new business channels
Distribution Management:
- Identify new distribution network, manage exisitng network
- Identify right business partners, right investment, and infrastructure. Build new and expand existing business partners
- Decide terms of trade and participate in key negotiations
