Duties and Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Sales Managers oversee the online sales strategies for products and services of a business.
- They plan and execute e-commerce marketing strategies and manage their team to drive web-traffic to their site.
Their main duties and responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to meet sales goals
- Oversee the look and feel of the company website
- Analyze traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Examine sales-related metrics and forecast future sales
- Coordinate with the IT department to optimize the website and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor competition and stay updated on the latest industry trends
- Manage budget and sales forecast
- Ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standards
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers
- Manage and coordinate with marketing and creative teams
- Ensure seamless order processing, fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Drive customer satisfaction by improving customer experience and swift resolution of complaints and issues
Education :
MBA Full Time : From Top 15 B Schools only
Having a strong experience in e- commerce market place
From Shoes / Footwear Category Only
