Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at PagarBook in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
✅ Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information.
✅ Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team.
✅ Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure lead conversion.
✅ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance business growth.
✅ Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
✔️ 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or lead generation.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
✔️ Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
✔️ Experience in SaaS, software, or B2B sales is a plus.
