Role & Responsibility

• Must have experience in sourcing of candidates ranging from leadership to junior levels from different channels focusing on sourcing through but not limited to Job Boards, social media, Consultants, Referrals etc.
• Must have experience in bulk hiring & Niche hiring. RCM hiring experience is preferrable.
• Adaptive of new age hiring techniques online sourcing, hiring challenges, etc to be able to better attract and select candidates across different skills.
• Must know basic Excel and ATS.
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
