**Job Title: BI Analyst / Power BI Developer**

**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.

3. Design and implement data models using Power BI Desktop, incorporating DAX expressions for advanced calculations.

4. Utilize BI Query tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI for analysis.

5. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.

6. Optimize and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports for performance and usability.

7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.

8. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI technologies to enhance the organization's analytics capabilities.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, etc.).

2. Proven experience as a BI Analyst or Power BI Developer.

3. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including creating complex data models and visualizations.

4. Proficient in BI Query tools for data extraction and transformation.

5. Solid understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating advanced calculations in Power BI.

6. Experience with database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and data warehousing concepts.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

9. Familiarity with data governance and best practices for data visualization.

**Preferred Skills:**

1. Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.).

2. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) for BI solutions.

3. Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
