Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, DCOOs will be in charge of Business Corridors (Comprising of different Countries), ensuring the effective execution of our Business Growth and Operations. They will be instrumental in driving financial targets, enhancing customer growth, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting business expansion initiatives. DCOOs will be based in South Sudan and Mozambique respectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategies for the Business Corridor to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
2. Monitor financial performance and contribute to initiatives that optimize revenue streams within the Corridor.
3. Identify and pursue opportunities for customer acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
4. Support initiatives aimed at expanding the market presence and exploring new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
5. Help build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
6. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster long-term partnerships.
7. Collaborate in optimizing internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
8. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
9. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
10. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and skill development.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience in a senior commercial role in Oil & Gas Industry.
3. 8 – 12 years of experience in the oil and gas (petroleum) industry.
4. Data Analytics Skills are essential
5. Strong sales orientation with a proven track record in driving financial performance and achieving targets.
6. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
7. Demonstrated experience in optimizing business processes and implementing operational improvements.
8. A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
