Job Description

Role & Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:


  • Identify and generate leads for international clients using various sources, including the internet, existing databases, and networking events.
  • Conduct primary discussions with potential clients to introduce the companys products and services.
  • Arrange meetings between potential clients and senior management to discuss business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Research new markets and identify opportunities for growth in different regions.

Distributor Appointment & Market Expansion:


  • Identify and appoint reliable distributors in target international markets to expand the companys presence.
  • Negotiate distribution agreements and ensure that distributors are well-trained on the companys product offerings.
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with distributors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to promote the companys products effectively.
  • Develop market expansion strategies and tailor sales approaches based on regional needs.

Product Registration & Sales Generation:


  • Manage and oversee the product registration process in different international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Collaborate with the regulatory team to handle the documentation, submission, and followup for product registrations.
  • Actively generate sales by engaging with key customers, distributors, and partners to promote and sell the companys products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set for each international market.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Handle individual client accounts and provide personalized service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for international clients, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring clients receive all necessary technical support and assistance with product applications.
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.

Technical Knowledge & Support:


  • Leverage your technical knowledge of agricultural crop production to provide expert advice to clients on product applications, pest management, and crop protection.
  • Share technical product information and best practices with distributors, clients, and internal teams to ensure products are used effectively.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of microbial products, providing additional support in promoting these products to international clients.

Travel & Market Visits:


  • Travel to various international markets to meet clients, distributors, and partners. • Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, ensure proper product usage, and identify areas for further business growth.
  • Attend international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the company's network and visibility in the global market.

Sales Reporting & Strategy Development:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on progress towards sales targets, market feedback, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, market entry plans, and business development initiatives for international markets

Preferred candidate profile


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with international clients and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and targets.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (especially in key international markets) is a plus.
