Job Description

Role Description :-

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, lead generation, market analysis, and collaboration with various internal teams to expand the company’s market presence and revenue.

Qualification :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Experience in managing the full sales cycle and achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills to assess market data and performance metrics.
  • Focused on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new opportunities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Flexible and able to adjust strategies based on market conditions and client feedback.
  • Generate sales leads through digital marketing efforts.
  • Build strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Manage sales pipeline from lead to close.
