Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities :

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients throughout their journey with Trionfo IT Services. Your focus will be on client onboarding, assisting sales activities, generating leads, and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager and internal teams, you will ensure seamless project handovers and excellent client service.

Client Engagement

• Interact with new and existing clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Act as a point of contact during the sales process and address client queries effectively.

Lead Generation

• Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation campaigns.

Sales Support

• Assist in preparing for client meetings and contributing to discussions on their digital marketing needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to craft persuasive presentations showcasing our services.

Client Onboarding

• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution by coordinating with operations and delivery teams.
• Streamline onboarding processes to meet client expectations.

Client Dealing

• Handle client communications professionally and efficiently.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing their requirements and concerns.

Reporting & Analysis

• Contribute to generating insightful reports on client feedback, sales performance, and onboarding status.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in digital marketing and share actionable insights with clients and teams.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, client management, or digital marketing roles.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and manage client interactions effectively.
• Proficiency in supporting sales cycles and facilitating client onboarding.
• A collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
