Position: Sales Force / Business Development Executive
The Sales Force/Business Development Executive will be instrumental in driving revenue
for Landmark TechEdge Pvt Ltd by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients
into long-term business partnerships.

2. Sales Outreach and Meetings (Online & Onsite as Required)

Detailed Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Data Management
ï• Source accurate contact details of decision-makers from platforms such as LinkedIn,
JustDial, Google, and other offline networks.
ï• Build and maintain a well-organized database of potential clients across small,
medium, and large businesses, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
2. Sales Outreach and Meetings
ï• Research target clients thoroughly to personalize and enhance sales conversations.
ï• Conduct professional and impactful sales meetings to understand client needs and
recommend appropriate solutions.
ï• Collaborate with internal teams to organize product demos and ensure seamless client
engagement.
ï•
Represent the organizationâs portfolio effectively, including CRM, IVR, Digital
Marketing, and Website Development solutions.
3. Proposal Creation and Presentation
ï• Prepare well-structured, client-specific commercial proposals in line with
organizational standards and client requirements.
4. Sales Conversion and Client Relationship Management
ï• Negotiate deals that ensure mutual success, maintaining profitability benchmarks set
by the company.
ï• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring
smooth communication and project execution from start to finish.
ï• Document all client interactions and agreements through professional email
communication.
Qualifications and Skills
ï•
A bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
ï• 1â2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT solutions or software
products.
ï• Proficiency in sales techniques and presentations, with excellent communication
skills.
ï• Ownership of a laptop and two-wheeler for travel.
ï• A proactive mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain
lasting client relationships.
Performance Metrics
ï• Meetings: Number of client meetings conducted weekly/monthly.
ï• Conversions: Number of successful client conversions per month.
ï• Revenue: Monthly revenue generation against set targets.
