Bancassurance Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with our banking partners to identify and engage with potential customers, leveraging their existing client base and network to generate leads and referrals.
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews
• Present and promote the range of life insurance products and services to customers
• Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services

We're looking for someone with

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, insurance industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
