Job Description:
Manager- Technical Sales
Responsibilities:
1) In-charge of assigned product group for region of DOPAG India
2) Identify the list of all potential customers related to assigned product groups
to achieve overall growth & penetration targets.
3) Strategies in developing business module by streamlining the
standardization in products in association with product development team.
4) Prepare an area wise yearly/ Quarterly business plan and execute by active
participation of Regional Sales Team
5) Formulating strategies for reaching out to unexplored markets for business
expansion.
6) Plan marketing activities like: Exhibitions, seminars, training, informal meets
for customers in assigned product groups.
7) Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions &
promote the companyâs products or services to prospective customers.
8) Mapping the geography, scaling the business on product or application or
market segmentation and implementing strategies in discussions with SBU -
Head
Skills and Experience Expectation:-
1) 10+ yearsâ Experience
2) Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Industrial Engineering
& Management with MBA will be added advantage
3) Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
4) Ability to work independently as well as building team and work closely with
team as team member.
5) Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
6) Headcount management to plan/forecast.
7) Time management and planning skills
8) Data analytics & management.
9) Ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about product, service, or
systems to customers / internal teammates / key stakeholders.
