Job Title: Accountant R2R

Location: Okhla Phase 2, Delhi

Shift: Night Shift (One-side cab & night allowance provided)

Job Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in balance sheet management, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end activities. Strong proficiency in Excel and a deep understanding of accounting principles are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Balance Sheet Expertise: Ensure accurate recording, verification, and reconciliation of financial data.

Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, and general ledger accounts.

Month-End Closing: Manage prepaid expenses, amortization, and accruals for accurate month-end reporting.

Fixed Assets & Outstanding Accounting: Maintain records of fixed assets, outstanding expenses/income, and accrued expenses/income.

Excel Mastery: Utilize VLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, PIVOT TABLES, and other Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
✔️ Strong knowledge of GAAP & Accounting Principles.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.).
✔️ Experience in balance sheet finalization, accruals, and amortization.
✔️ Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment.
✔️ Excellent analytical and communication skills.
