Financial Analyst

📍 Location: Okhla Phase 2
⏳ Shift: Night Shift (Includes Night Shift Allowance)
🎓 Qualification: B.Com

📅 Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Executive Summaries and Dashboards for senior management.
• Assist in audit support and financial projections assignments.
• Manage month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis on revenues and expenses.
• Prepare income statements and cash flow projections.
• Develop financial models, including revenue forecasting, expense projections, and capital expenditure schedules
• Maintain and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboards.
• Extract and analyze financial ratios (liquidity, margins, capital efficiency) from annual reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational/management reports.

Required Skill Set:

• Strong accounting knowledge, including accrual accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in balance sheet analysis and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, and macros).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic and willingness to take on challenges.
