Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Okhla Phase 2, South Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Zendesk to generate qualified leads and expand the prospect base through strategic outreach and networking.
2. Lead Nurturing & Account Farming: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and continuous engagement.
3. Sales Pitching & Strategizing: Craft and deliver tailored sales presentations and strategies to align with client needs and company objectives, effectively closing deals.
4. End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring seamless transitions and a high conversion rate.
5. RFI & RFP Creation: Prepare and submit RFI and RFP documents tailored to client specifications, showcasing the companys offerings and solutions.
6. Client Onboarding & Documentation: Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring all contracts and documentation are completed accurately and delivered on time.
7. Team Leadership & CRM Management: Lead and motivate the sales team, managing performance while utilizing Zoho CRM (or similar tools) to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain data accuracy.
8. Industry Expertise: Leverage your background in finance or accounting to effectively understand and address client needs, building strong relationships and positioning our services as valuable solutions.
