Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Individual revenue targets.
* Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation methods.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions tailored to client
needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term
partnerships.
* Lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with company policies and
revenue objectives.
* Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills required :
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3-4 years) in B2B sales
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Proficient in CRM tools
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Experience in managing a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
