Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Job Timing: 3 PM - 11:30 PM


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the service sales domain. In this role, you will focus on lead generation, cold calling, outbound sales, and client acquisition within the account service outsourcing industry. You will play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities, expanding our service offerings to potential clients, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and other lead generation strategies specific to service sales.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as Sales Navigator, Rocket Search, Lusha, and Zendesk to source and qualify potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by targeting key industries and businesses in need of account service outsourcing.
  • Engage with potential clients through outbound sales calls and emails to introduce our service offerings and understand their business needs.
  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored service solutions that address their specific challenges.
  • Conduct sales presentations, provide service proposals, and follow up with prospects to close deals.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts and existing clients.
  • Develop customized proposals, negotiate service contracts, and finalize agreements with clients.
  • Drive sales targets by converting leads into long-term, profitable service contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective service sales strategies, marketing materials, and presentations aligned with client needs.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in service sales, B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales with a focus on selling services.
  • Experience in IT services, Outsourcing services, or similar service-oriented industries is highly desirable.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related fields.
  • MBA is a preferred.
