Key Responsibilities:

• Drive offline sales through cold calling and meetings with potential clients.
• Onboard and develop a strong network of channel partners to generate demand.
• Understand client requirements and tailor OYO's offerings accordingly.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, from client onboarding to closing deals and ensuring repeat sales.
• Maintain monthly sales trackers and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Conduct market research, gather competitor insights, and explore new demand channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achieve month-on-month occupancy targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and account engagement.
• Meet revenue generation targets from active accounts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage internal stakeholders.
• Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry is a plus.
