Job Description: Demand Manager B2B Travel and Corporate Sales (OYO Hotels & Homes)

Location: Gujarat
CTC: 5 LPA (Includes a variable component )
Position: Full-time

Role Overview: As a Demand Manager, you will be a key contributor to the growth of OYOs corporate and B2B sales. You will focus on building and managing relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other B2B partners to drive bookings and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales internship or full-time experience, preferably in the B2B, travel, or hospitality sector. Freshers are also welcome with internship experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• High level of IQ and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate sales or travel industry will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of OYOs product offerings and services is a plus.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
