What will you get to work on?
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Oversee all recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, processes and initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure that the company attracts, recruits and retains top talent across all levels and departments.
- Responsible for building and optimising the talent acquisition function, including developing recruitment marketing and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote an inclusive hiring culture across the organisation.
- Continuously refine and improve the talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding strategies.
- Leverage data and analytics to track key metrics, such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost-per-hire and candidate satisfaction, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee the selection and management of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and social media platforms.
What do we expect from you?
- Our- Talent Acquisition Manager role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial and leadership.
- Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of technical roles across different levels, including Product, Design and Engineering functions.
- Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of roles across different levels, including Senior and Executive positions.
- Strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Experience in managing a talent acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
