As the Lead Backend Engineer at Osfin.ai, you will :

- Work with the founders in co-creating the product.

- Develop a platform that scales globally.

- Define the DNA of the engineering team at Osfin.ai.

What do we expect from you :

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build best-in-class product.

- Proficiency in Trino, Java/J2EE (Hibernate, Spring, MVC), MySQL & rest services implementation.

- Experience in designing and implementing efficient algorithms to help in scaling.

- 5+ years in Backend Development.

- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure or OCI and deploying applications in a cloud environment.

- Experience in developing web applications at a startup is a plus!.

- Lead and mentor a team of Backend developers, fostering collaboration and best practices.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
