What will you get to work on ?

As the Technical Program Manager at Osfin.ai, you will :

- Develop a platform that scales globally.

- Improve project management practices to ensure timely and high quality deliverables.

- Own and establish workflows to diagnose and resolve technical bugs, improving the stability and the quality of the products.

- Own and establish the release management cycle right from definition of the scope of the release cycle and its timelines through to documentation of release notes and seamless communication with all stakeholders including our clients.

- Encourage all stakeholders to keep documentation up to date and adhere to proposed guidelines.

- Take charge of delivery of key technical projects and ensure timely delivery of agreed scope of work.

What do we expect from you ?

- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence and Google Suite of products.

- Experience working in an enterprise application development scenario.

- Define and implement cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery, define metrics to measure and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and drive adoption.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent and prepare executive level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to senior leadership.

- Passion for driving product innovation, with the ability to challenge engineering timelines and product decisions.

- Take ownership and accountability for the success of projects and cross-functional teams to ensure program schedules, performance metrics and delivery meets business requirements on time and within budget.

- Act as a bridge between engineering, product management, design and business teams.
