What will you get to work on ?

As the Head of Cybersecurity at Osfin.ai, you will :

- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity framework aligned with industry standards, including PCI DSS and SOC 2.

- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and certifications

- Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities for threat detection and response.

- Stay ahead of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.

- Conduct continuous monitoring and analysis of security alerts and incidents.

- Manage the investigation, mitigation, and resolution of security incidents.

- Provide recommendations to senior management on potential risks and mitigation strategies.

- Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, processes, and controls across the organization.

- Conduct regular cybersecurity training sessions for employees to ensure security awareness.

- Evaluate, select, and implement security tools and technologies.

- Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure they adhere to Osfin's security requirements.

What do we expect from you ?

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity management or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, and related compliance standards.

- Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.

- Excellent understanding of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on experience managing a Security Operations Center (SOC).

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

- Ability to manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.
