Spark Capital - Specialist - Cyber Security (7-15 yrs)

Information Security Strategy:

- Support development of a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with prevailing regulations. Ongoing review to strengthen and evolve the strategy.

- Execute the strategy through creation and implementation of security policy to protect sensitive data and systems.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, VAPT, Cyber and System Audits.

- Operational Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, such as conducting required drills, reporting cybersecurity incidents and maintaining incident response plans. Ensure timely and appropriate dispensation of any alerts.

- Security Awareness and Training: Develop and implement security awareness programs for employees, promoting a culture of cybersecurity.

- Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts, minimizing the impact of security breaches and ensuring timely reporting to regulatory bodies. Monitoring of internal and external Incident, RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

Education and Certifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CISM, CISSP, or CISA, are desirable.

- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, and emerging technologies. Technical knowledge of Firewall, System Audit. Knowledge of SOC, SIEM, IAM, AD, PAM/PIM tools and assessment.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with SEBI, Depository, Exchange and other applicable regulations, as well as international cybersecurity standards.

- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
