Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our Sales team to success! As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets as per the SLA.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve sales performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and customer focus.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Bachelor s degree in any field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to work on 24/7 shifts, including rotational shifts and off days.
