Job Summary:
We are HIRING for a "Car Sales Team Leader for our Organization, RNS motors Pvt. Ltd., to be stationed in Bangalore and will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing sales operations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
○ Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
○ Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
○ Assist in hiring, training, and developing sales staff, ensuring they meet dealership standards.
○ Monitor sales targets, KPI metrics, and implement strategies to boost sales performance.
○ Work closely with the dealership management to plan and execute promotional events, special offers, and marketing campaigns.
○ Analyze sales trends and market conditions to optimize the sales approach.
○ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution.
○ Oversee the customer journey from initial contact to after-sales service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
○ Build and maintain relationships with returning and potential customers.
○ Coordinate with other departments such as finance, service, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
○ Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
○ Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and ensure stock rotation to maximize profitability.
○ Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
○ Track and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
○ Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends.
○ Ensure the sales team is well-versed in product knowledge to provide customers with expert advice.
