Responsible for implementation, customization, and daily administration of all Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM, Analytics, Sales IQ, and Desk.
Involved in the complete project and software development lifecycle, including scoping/requirement gathering, system design, end-user testing, assisting in training, rollout, and user support.
Understand business processes and requirements of internal teams to implement and customize various modules in the relevant Zoho applications.
Communicate with external parties to source or communicate information as projects require.
Create and maintain automation using workflows, custom functions, and widgets.
Develop and manage user access privileges, homepage dashboards, and module and field-level customizations.
Develop and maintain sync integrations between applications in the Zoho platform.
Work with in-house web developers to resolve issues with lead capturing from web forms to CRM fields, either through third-party APIs or coding.
Investigate and troubleshoot day-to-day issues in leads and opportunities management, contacts, companies, and the overall functionality of Zoho CRM.
Test changes and solutions in development environments (sandbox) prior to go-live.
Test fixes to ensure bugs and issues have been resolved.
Provide general support for all enterprise applications.
Provide on-site support for ad hoc requests, coding, live chat, and lookup, and manage company module data sync between CRM, Books, and Analytics.
Work with the Zoho Team to troubleshoot any system errors.
Create documentation for changes and updates for end users.
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager to meet department/division objectives.
Qualifications:
University graduate in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Essential: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
Preferred: Zoho Certified Administrator.
Years & Nature Of Experience :
3- 5 Years experience in all Zoho Applications (including Zoho One
